Transformative Leadership in The Moslem Family Environment: A Library Research

Abstract

The existence of transformative leadership in the family environment is very important. This paper aims to describe the concept of transformative leadership, describe how transformative leadership can be applied in the family environment and the principles of transformative leadership can synergize in the family environment. The method and type of data collection in this study is through library research by collecting books, journals and previous research results that support the research theme, including literature on leadership that includes the transformative leadership model in the family environment. The results show that transformative leadership changes family dynamics through charisma, inspiration, firmness of rules, and emotional-intellectual intelligence, creating a safe, supportive and inspiring environment. Principles such as clear vision, motivation, innovation, and commitment are a guide to forming a harmonious and potential family.
